This plan is perfect for families who are ready to tackle sleep disturbances on their own but need some guidance and a plan to get started!  This plan includes the following:

 

• Full access to Nurturing Sleep Solutions Newborn Intake Form.  This form will ask in depth questions about current sleep schedules and routines, nutrition, sleep environment, and parenting philosophies.

• A 1 hour phone consultation to go over the family intake form in detail and discuss options available for your family.

• A personalized Nurturing Sleep Solutions plan to begin developing healthy sleep associations and habits that will get your child on the right path for healthy sleep.

 

The Self Implementation Plan does not include follow up support after beginning your plan.  If you would like to purchase follow up phone calls to ask questions while implementing the plan you can do so.
